We collect only the information we need to look after you as a patient — your contact details, your medical history relevant to treatment, and notes from your sessions. We never share that information with third parties for marketing purposes. We comply with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Patient records are retained for the period required by our regulatory body (the General Osteopathic Council) and statutory law — typically 8 years from your last appointment, or longer if treating a child (until they reach 25).
You have the right to see your records, ask for corrections, and (within regulatory limits) request deletion. Email or call either clinic to make any request.
